Service 154 Provided by Leicestershire County Council Operated by Centrebus
Service Disruption
Passengers are advised that Leicester Road, Thurcaston will be
closed from Monday 09th August 2021 until Wednesday 11th August
2021 to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake works on a new
connection.
During this time Service 154 will operate to a diversion route
via Cropston Road and will not be able to serve Thurcaston.
Residents of Thurcaston will have access to a temporary
replacement taxi service to and from Anstey, which will operate to
the following timetable:
Journeys from Thurcaston (The Wheatsheaf) will depart at 09:45.
Return journeys from Anstey (The Nook) will depart at 11:15.
To book your place on this service, please contact the taxi
operator, Premier Taxis, on 07976 245198 by 5pm the day prior to
travelling. Please note that the taxi service will not operate if a
booking is not received in advance.
