I hereby give notice that a meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 21st February 2022 at The Memorial Hall, Anstey Lane, Thurcaston at 6.45pm
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving the business to be transacted at the Meeting as set out hereunder.

3. To approve and sign minutes of Parish Council meeting held on 17th January 2022
4. Public Participation – The Council meeting will be adjourned at this point for a period not exceeding 15 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions on items on the agenda.

a) To receive receipts for January 2022 and approve payment schedules for January 2022

c)To consider replacing projector in Memorial Hall used for Film Night at cost between £1500-2000
